Towing / Mechanic work (Frostburg MD)

I am in desperate need of having my car towed or just plain out moved from Frostburg MD to Cumberland MD.
It has a blown head gasket.
If you know anyone that can either repair the head gasket and make it drivable that would be amazing.
I am my own boss and have a startup electronics business.
If you need anything repaired or fixed i can do it!.
I fix cell phones, laptops, computers, tablets, iPad.
I unlock iPhone and iPads as well.
I can try and unlock your android and see if it will let me.
I am willing to trade my services in return for any help with the car.
My friend just gave it to me so it is the only thing that I have to drive.
I am just afraid to drive it from Frostburg to Cumberland and it not making the trip.
I have the title to the vehicle.
I am on SSI and on a stick income and do not have that much money.
I just need to trade my services for what i can do, Please if anyone knows anything or anyone that can help me get the car from point A-B i will fix whatever electronics they have, Hell i will even drive them wherever if they can help fix it.
