YOUR JOB:
You will be responsible for working with accounting team members to provide financial information that facilitates decision making, as well as, support payroll, inventory and tax management.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing and analyzing accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to standards defined within the department
Financial Statement Preparation in accordance with GAAP
Reviewing payroll records and oversee payroll filing submission
Assisting with the year-end financial audit
Reconciling fixed assets and record depreciation
Recording job adjustments and inventory adjustments, as needed
Reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation (purchase orders and receivers) and entering invoices into ERP system
Reconciling inventory cycle counts
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Minimum of two years’ experience in an accounting role,
Extensive Microsoft Office experience including advanced Excel skills
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience in public accounting preferred
